This one is for the dessert and CHOCOLATE lovers. My mom used to make these Hershey's syrup brownies when I was a kid, and they are the best! As a side note, we were discussing this recipe lately and decided that this might qualify more as a Texas Sheet Cake than "brownies." I'll let you decide!
